  • Cottage Rooms, our most nostalgic and budget-conscious, have 1 queen or 2 twin beds, private bath with shower, clock radio, a/c, and charming cottage-style furnishings. They can accommodate a maximum of 2 persons. Some rooms are cable ready.
    Some rooms have hair dryers. Room size is approximately 12 x 12 or 12 x All are uniquely decorated. The "fairview" side gets the late afternoon sun, some rooms have a "peek" of the bay, and all have views overlooking Victorian Painted Ladies and BayView's park like setting. Glendale side is sunnier and looks over Glendale Street Cottages.

  • Deluxe Rooms have either 1 queen or 1 king bed, private full bath with hairdryer, cable TV, clock radio, a/c, and some are more spacious. Theme rooms are included in Deluxe Room category. Some rooms have a fireplace. Views vary depending on whether facing Glendale or Fairview streets. All provide colorful views of BayView's Victorian cottages and beech trees.

  • Whirlpool Suites provide 1 queen bed, private bath with jetted whirlpool tub, marble vanity, hair dryer, coffee maker plus a bar sink. Custom tile and wicker accents create an cottagey, yet modern look. Cable tv, fireplace, dvd player, mini-frig, microwave and a cozy area with comfy chairs for relaxing. Rooms are a combination of 2 former cottage rooms. Enchanted Forest, and Abigails Suite are whirlpool mini-suites.

  • Deluxe Whirlpool Suites offer 1 King Bed, private bath, larger whirlpool tub, separate shower, kitchenette, 27" TV with cable, remote fireplace, a/c, and ceramic tile accents throughout. Plush and spacious these suites are perfect for an executive retreat, romantic getaway. A day bed allows a third adult to be accommodated. Sorry, children 1 and up cannot be accommodate in Little Traverse, Stargazer or Serenity Suite for safety reasons. TreeTop suite and mini-whirlpool suites can accommodate a child for an extra fee of 15.00 per night. Extra adult is $35 per night.

    • Please add tax of 8 percent to all room rates.
