Introduction
The Terrace Inn is a Historic 38 room Inn and Restaurant built in 1911. Nestled among over 400 Victorian Cottages in Bay View, Petoskey, the Inn serves as the perfect base for guests who
want to walk to Bay View's summer music programs and plays, or visit the private beach and tennis courts. Petoskey is a quaint yet sophisticated resort located along Little Traverse Bay and Lake Michigan's shoreline. It offers great recreational opportunities year round, and serves as a hub of cultural activities for artist-loving guests and those seeking the intellectual calm of independent bookshops and window shopping the many boutique stores downtown.
A perfect setting for weddings, romantic getaways, special activity weekends and conferences.
The Inn hosts Special Events off-season, including Women's Pamper
getaways, Murder Mystery Dinners, Jazz weekends, Dance Weekends, and special Holidays like Thanksgiving, New Years and Valentines. Whether it's for romance, relaxation, personal or business, the Inn offers the charm of a small B & B with the amenities of a Hotel. Maintaining it's historic roots, however, is important to maintaining the character for nostalgia's sake, but is mandatory to keep within the National Historic Guidelines of Bay View.
