Huron Room is our newest guest room conveniently located on the first floor for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. This cozy room is decorated in soothing shades of blue and white with a wrought iron bed and antique dresser. • Check in time is from 3 to 6 p.m., unless other arrangements are made. Early check in cannot be accommodated.
• We serve a full breakfast each morning at 8:30 A.M. in the dining room.
• Check out time is 11 a.m. (late check out will incur a charge of $10 per hour)
• All rates are based on double occupancy per night.
• A two night minimum stay is required for holiday and special event weekends.
• Room rates are $80 to $95 per night plus tax. Rates are subject to change.
• The following credit cards are cheerfully accepted: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
• Advance deposit of 1/2 total rate required. Balance due on arrival.
• The Lighthouse Point room can accommodate up to two additional people at $15 per person per night.
• Children over ten are welcome.
• Cancellation policy: No penalty charged if reservation is cancelled more than 10 days prior to arrival. A $35 cancellation penalty will be charged if reservation is cancelled less than ten days prior to arrival. Cancellation within 72 hours of arrival will have a 50% cancellation penalty.
• Guests' pets cannot be accommodated.
• Smoking is not permitted in the house, but is permitted outdoors on the porch or decks.
