Greg and Kathy welcome you to the historic Stafford House Bed & Breakfast in Port Hope, Michigan. The Stafford House is a country Victorian style home built in 1886 by W.R. Stafford, founder of Port Hope. While visiting you can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay at the Stafford House accompanied by a full delicious buffet style breakfast with a variety of entrees and fresh fruits. Port Hope and the surrounding area are rich in history and beauty any time of the year. So come on up, enjoy and see all there is to do.

Port Hope is located on the beautiful shoreline of Lake Huron. Port Hope offers as much or as little as you desire to do.

Reservation Information

  • To confirm your stay, please send a deposit of 50% within one week of making your reservation or guarantee with a credit card.
  • Rates reflect double occupancy.
  • Additional guests are $10/person.
  • MasterCard, Visa, Traveler's checks, Michigan Personal Checks, and Cash are accepted.
  • State Tax will be added (6%).
  • 72-hour cancellation policy is required for a full refund.
  • Payment is requested upon arrival.
  • Check-in times are between 3:00 and 8:00 p.m. unless otherwise prearranged.
  • Gift certificates are available.
  • We cannot accommodate pets.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the inn.
  • Bicycles are available to explore the beautiful countryside.
