Breakfast time is a special time at The Seymour House and here's what you can expect:

A special blend of fresh-ground coffee, juice, seasonal fresh fruit, muffins or bread, and a hot entree.
A typical breakfast might include Palatschinken (a Viennese type of pancake) with Michigan Blueberry Jam, or stuffed French Toast with pure Michigan maple syrup and savory sausage. With advance notice we will accommodate special diet needs.
