Two night minimum for weekend bookings, specifically Friday arrival, leaving Sunday. Sunday evening overnight is counted as a weekday. Three night minimum for holiday weekends: Memorial Day (May 26), July 4th, Labor Day (Sept. 1), Columbus Day (Oct. 13), Thanksgiving (Nov. 27), Valentine’s Day Weekend (weekend prior to Valentine’s Day). For two nights, a deposit of first night’s stay is required at the time of reservation. For more than two nights, a deposit of 50% of total is required at the time of reservation.
