Leland is an unincorporated community in the U.S. state of Michigan. It is the county seat of Leelanau County, and is home to many fine B&B establishments. The National Cherry Festival is one the biggest festivals in the area celebrating cherries with plenty of food, games and more. The Mesick Lions Mushroom Festival is a local festival celebrating the mushroom with food and music.
