Lake Linden is located in the northern part of Michigan, in Houghton County, and is home to many fine B&B establishments. Lake Linden is known for its celebration of the 4th of July. Celebrations take place over the 3rd and 4th and finish with a great fireworks demonstration. Lake Linden is also known for it's Halloween celebrations. Children flock to the street to receive candy and many fun and games are planned in the village square. Close to Lake Linden, there are a wide number of trails available. Visitors can hike or bike these trails. If you are visiting the Lake Linden trails, and desire less rustic accommodations, consider staying in a Lake Linden bed and breakfast or a Lake Linden inn. Also, there are many swimming areas situated close to Lake Linden. Fun for the whole family can be had with a drive less than an hour from Lake Linden. Those with a sweet tooth for ice cream will have to check out Lake's Dairy Land. They offer a large number of dairy products, including many flavors of ice cream.
