The home is furnished with an eclectic mix of period antiques and modern furnishings. There are eight guest rooms, six with private baths and two on the third floor that share a bath. The home boasts five fireplaces, of which three are in guest rooms. Several commons areas are available for guest use including our parlor, foyer and butler's pantry.

House Policies:

• Minimum Stays: All weekend stays are subject to a 2-night minimum. During July and August weekends carry a 3-night minimum stay.
  
• Reservations: A prepayment of one night's stay is required. This may be paid with a credit card or personal check. (The prepayment guarantees your arrival and departure dates.)
  
• Cancellation Policy: A fourteen day cancellation policy guarantees your refund less a $25 (per room) processing fee. Should you cancel less than 14 days prior to your reservation you will not be refunded your payment. Room payment is due upon check-in. Rates quoted are for 1 or 2 people, if more than two people per room, arrangements must be made prior to arrival as only certain rooms accommodate more than 2. There is a $50 per day charge per person over 2. There are no refunds for early checkouts.
  
• Check-In Time: 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Arrangements can be made for later check ins.)
  
• Check-Out Time: 12:00 (noon)
  
• Due to the nature of the Inn and requests of our guests, smoking is not allowed, and children are not encouraged.
  
• Pets are not allowed. We do have a resident cat.
