Reservation, Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Advanced deposit of 50% is required for all reservations. Cash or check deposits must be received within 5 days from the date the reservation is made. Refund of advanced deposit will be made when notice of cancellations received 7 days prior to the day of the reservation, less $25.00 handling fee. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE BY PHONE ONLY! No Minimum Stay Required.No Seasonal Price Changes. We accept Check, Cash, Visa and MasterCard. Rates are subject to Michigan and local taxes.

  • Check-in time is between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. unless pre-arranged (just let us know).
  • Check-out time is 10:30 a.m. unless pre-arranged (just let us know).
  • Breakfast is served at 8:30 a.m.
  • No pets allowed. Owners have a dog in their quarters.
  • No children.
  • No wearing of ski boots in the Bed & Breakfast.

SMOKE FREE POLICY: We have nothing against smokers... but, we do not allow smoking in the Bed & Breakfast; however, you may smoke outside.
