Policies

  • Check In: 3 - 6 p.m. Please let us know in advance if you wish a different check-in time.
  • Check-out: 11:30 a.m.
  • Deposit: 50% deposit (including tax) required per room reserved.
  • We ask for 7-days notice to cancel a reservation; there is a $10 processing fee per room cancelled.
  • Within the 7 days, we will offer you a gift certificate for a future one night stay.
  • Guests are responsible for room charges for any early departures.
  • For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted indoors.
  • Please take advantage of the porch and gardens if you wish to smoke.
