The Richardi Room The Richardi Room Named after the original builder/owner of The Grand Victorian in 1895 (aka 'Richardi House'), this room is regal in decor with a King-sized Bed, Cable TV, shower and a whirlpool tub. Clearly a room that captures the persona of Henri Richardi. $195
The Carriage Room The Carriage Room Our guests will experience a light and cheery Victorian decor which includes a King-sized Bed, Cable TV, shower and whirlpool tub. This is one of our largest rooms, and will delight any who spend time in it. $185
The Blossom Room The Blossom Room Named after the only baby known to have been born in The Grand Victorian B&B Inn, Blossom Bacon, born in the early 1900's. It is a beautiful room with a queen size four-posted antique bed below a wide etched glass window. The Blossom room has the home's original master bath with a claw foot bath tub. Soaking in a 105 year-old bathtub is truly an experience you will remember. $155
The Balcony Room The Balcony Room Imagine yourself sitting on your own private balcony overlooking beautiful Richardi Park, sipping a glass of wine or perhaps an ice cold glass of tea. The Balcony Room is beautifully decorated with an 1860's Victorian revival bedroom set consisting of a queen bed and matching dresser. It does have its own private bathroom and balcony. $145
The Queen Anne Room The Queen Anne Room A stately room gracefully done in deep reds and mauves, featuring one of the home's three antique fireplaces to provide all the warmth and atmosphere you will need and, of course, your own private bathroom. The Queen Anne is the perfect room for a relaxing romantic stay at the Grand Victorian B&B Inn. $155
The Victoriana Room The Victoriana Room Once used by the maid of the house, the Victoriana room is beautifully done in a pink and cream wall paper with an antique iron queen size bed. There is a large private bath across the hall. To ensure complete privacy for our guests, a door at the end of the hall can be closed providing freedom to discreetly go between the two rooms. $115

Guest Information:

  • All rates are double occupancy.
  • Check-in time is 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. Let us know if you will be arriving outside of these hours.
  • Check out: 11:00 a.m.
  • Personal check, Cash, MasterCard, or Visa is accepted. Gratuity for the housekeeping staff is at your discretion, not expected, and always appreciated.
  • To confirm your reservation a deposit of one night's lodging is required either on credit card, by personal check or by referencing your gift certificate.
  • A two night minimum stay may be required for most weekends from June, through October and for all holiday weekends.
  • A refund credit (less $25 processing fee) will be issued if cancellation is received at least 7 days in advance. Deposit is forfeited if under 7 days.
  • Fire regulations and insurance mandate that there is no smoking indoors or on any of the Porches. Areas are provided outside the residence.
  • Due to health concerns and allergies, pets are not allowed at The Grand Victorian B&B Inn. Quality pet boarding is available nearby.
  • Because the Inn is oufitted with numerous period antique furnishings and artifacts, we are not equipped to accomodate children under the age of 13. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Parking is provided in the rear of the house. Vehicles with trailers are not encouraged as the Village of Bellaire does not allow overnight parking on the street.
  • Guests may use the house phone for credit card/collect calls. Emergency numbers are posted by the phone in the kitchen pantry.
