Reservation Policy for Gift Certificates: When making your reservation, your Grand Escape Gift Certificate guarantees your arrival and departure dates. Please be aware of our cancellation policies:

  • For Grand Escape Events: If you cancel your reservation less than 45 days prior to the event, there is no refund and your gift certificate becomes invalid.
  • For "Non Grand Escape Event" Reservations: If you make a reservation at an Inn and you cancel less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, there is no refund and your gift certificate become invalid.
