 The Emery House Bed & Breakfast is a turn of the century three story brick Georgian Colonial house in the Historic District of downtown Muskegon, Michigan.

Banana - Carrot Bread

Mix:
1 cup mashed bananas (3)
1 cup white sugar
3/4 cup canola oil
2 eggs (beaten)

Stir in:
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix in:
2 cup grated raw carrot
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients well.

Turn into 2 medium loaf pans (well greased).

Bake 350 degrees 45 mins. or til done. Cool before wrapping. Freezes well.
