Policies:

  • All rates are double occupancy and are subject to change.
  • There are 5 guestrooms (all with private bathrooms).
  • Check in from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. unless by prior arrangement.
  • Check out by 11 a.m.
  • Two-night minimum stay required on weekends and holidays from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend.
  • Smoking permitted on outside decks only.
  • No pets.
  • Personal checks, traveler's checks, cash, MasterCard, Visa and Discover are accepted.
  • Add 6% state tax.
  • A 50% deposit of the total reservation is required at the time of your reservation.
  • Cancellations require a 14-day notice for return of your deposit.
  • Cancellations less than 14 days require full payment unless we are able to rebook the room.
  • All cancellations are subject to a $10 processing fee.
  • Gift Certificates Available.
