Policies:

• Check in after 3 p.m. Check out at 11 a.m.
  
• For reservations we request a $50 deposit payable by credit card, or check mailed within 24 hours. We will refund your deposit (less a $10 processing fee) if you cancel at least 10 days prior to your arrival date. If your cancellation is within the 10 days prior to your reservation, we will make every effort to fill the room. If we do not fill the room, it becomes your responsibility.
  
• We are open all year - consider visiting during the winter holiday season as our decoration and seasonal touches light up the Inn, literally!
  
• Smoke free, pet free environment.
  
• Adult-oriented atmosphere.
  
• All rates are determined by single or double occupancy (when reserving suites for more than two persons, expect an additional $20.00 fee), include a full breakfast, and are subject to Michigan sales tax.
  
• Gift certificates are always available.
  
• Corporate rates (Sunday-Thursday) are available for the business traveler.
