2 night minimum may be fulfilled by either Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun.
This may result in single night availability on some Friday or Sunday dates.

your hosts will provide several special considerations for your comfort;

Policies
  • Minimum Stay: Two or three night minimum may apply for most weekend or holiday dates.
  • Deposit Required for Reservations: A deposit of the first night lodging fee is required for all reservations. In exchange, we remove your unique room from our availability calendar and stop marketing it for your reserved dates.
  • Cancellations:
    • Because we may have lost the opportunity to re-book your reserved room, cancellations must be received at least 7 days prior to reservation date & will result in a $20 per night cancellation fee.
    • If a late cancellation is received & we are unable to re-book, the total lodging amount will be charged, the first night's deposit will be non-refundable, and a gift certificate for mid-week use will be issued for the remaining amount of reserved nights.
    • To avoid cancellation fees, you may transfer the reservation dates without penalty by providing us notice of the change with up to 7 days prior to the reservation.
    • No-shows are treated as late cancellation & are subject to total reservation charges.
  • Check-in: 4 - 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, All other times must be arranged with innkeeper.
  • Check-out: by 11 a.m. (late check out may be arranged for an additional fee $20 minimum & must be discussed w/ Innkeeper.
  • Children are welcome when arranged in advance. In-room accommodations are made based on room size and overall house occupancy.
  • An additional daily fee of $20 will be charged for each person beyond the double occupancy.
  • NO pets.
  • NO smoking inside the inn; there are designated areas outside. A $250 cleaning charge will be assessed for smoking in non-designated areas.
