Grandpa's Loft

Victorian decor and twin beds. Shares bath (tub/shower combination) with Baker Cottage. TV. $100/$120*

*Lake Breeze Suite* - Queen bed, private bath (shower), with adjoining sitting room and partial view of Lake Michigan. TV. $155	*Evening Glow* - Whimsical, country motif. * *Grandpa's Loft* and *Baker Cottage* can share a bathroom for $100 per night, but when/if available, one or the other can be reserved for $120 per night with the exclusive use of the bathroom.

*Off Season Rates*
20% Discount - (Sunday-Thursday) mid-May through mid-June, and after Labor Day through November.	25% Discount - November through mid-May except Christmas and New Years, when In-Season rates will prevail.
Reservation Information & Policies... Check-in time: 3:00 p.m. Check-out time: 11:00 a.m. Pets are not accepted. Smoking is not permitted. Gift certificates are available. Accommodations include breakfast. Two-night minimum on weekends from July 1 through mid-October. Reservations are recommended. Reservations Policy: A deposit of 50% of the total, but not less than one day's stay, is required to secure a reservation. Deposits are credited to the last night of confirmed stay. Refunds will be made only if cancelled at least 14 days in advance of arrival date, less a $10.00 service charge, per room. Guests are responsible for room charges for any early departures. We accept VISA and MasterCard. We invite small groups. Rates upon request. Rates are subject to change and are subject to an 8% tax. Art Fair and Venetian rates may be higher. 10% Discount for stays of five or more days. All rates are subject to an 8% tax.
