  • Rates:
    Our rates reflect room amenities and range from $115 to $175 per night with off season discounts available. There is an 8% sales tax on room charges.

  • Reservations:
    Reservations can be secured with a $100 deposit.
    We require a two night minimum stay on weekends and 3 night stay for Holidays.

  • Cancellation Policy:
    If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so prior to ten days of the date we expect you, and we will refund your deposit less a $25.00 bookkeeping fee. If you cancel within ten days of your confirmed reservation date, we reserve the right to retain your deposit, and you are responsible for the remainder of your reservation, unless your room is re-rented. If we can re-rent your room, we will return your deposit less the $25.00 fee. We will make every attempt to re-rent your room.
