 Arcadia, Michigan (MI) Bed & Breakfast: Arcadia House Bed and Breakfast is fully air-conditioned. We have five guest rooms, each with a private bath. Three suites feature queen beds. Two of the queen rooms enjoy a private balcony. Two of our rooms offer full size beds. We offer personal, individualized service; a fantastic gourmet breakfast complete with sparkling china, silver and candles.

Approximately 1,000 square feet fully furnished with stove, refrigerator, dishes, cooking utensils, microwave oven, color television and DVD, local telephone, and 1 set of linens and towels per person per week or 2 night stay.

  • Weekly Rate: $685 + taxes, for up to six persons, and an additional $50 + taxes per person up to eight persons.
  • 2 Night Rate (Available September 15, 2007 - June 13, 2008): $295 + taxes for up to six persons, and an additional $50 + taxes per person up to eight persons
  • Single Night Rate (Available September 15, 2007 - June 13, 2008): $160 + taxes for up to six persons, and an additional $50 + taxes per person up to eight persons
  • Some items to bring: Extra towels for bath and beach, DVD's for a rainy day, Board Games & Cards, Phone card for Long Distance Calls, pantry items and food stuffs for light dining, radio/cd player, outdoor grill.

Rates and Policies
  • Current daily rates: $109 - $129 per night. Fees are subject to change without notice.
  • Please inquire about long-term discounts and special events packages.
  • Reservations and a 50% deposit are necessary
  • Two-night minimum stay required on weekends Memorial Day through Labor Day
  • Deposit, minus $10 handling, is refundable up to 7 days prior to check-in. Thereafter, not refundable
  • Payment is due at check-in by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
  • Check in: 4 - 6 pm; Check out: 11 AM; other times by prior arrangement.
  • Smoking in outdoor designated areas only
  • Sorry, no pets please
  • 2 person maximum per room-rollaway beds, cots, etc. are not available
  • Arcadia House is not well-suited for infants and small children.
