Guest Rooms/Rates
The Daniels Room, $125 per night
Features a queen-size cherry sleigh bed and matching dresser, large oak electric fireplace, twin daybed for extra sleeping space, 19" Cable TV/VCR, air conditioning, plush robes and small private bath with double shower. All second floor rooms are accessed via a steep set of stairs that some guests may find difficult to navigate.
The Grantz Room, $125 per night (1st floor room)
Features a queen-sized wrought-iron bed, antique Italian dresser, cozy electric fireplace, 19" Cable TV/VCR, air conditioning, plush robes, large private bath and direct access to the Parlor.
The Richardson Room, $95 per night
Features an oak sleigh bed, antique oak dresser, 13" Cable TV/VCR, air conditioning, plush robes, and shared hall bath with clawfoot tub/shower, and can be rented at a discount with either the Grantz or Daniels rooms.
One night's room and tax due at time of reservation.
Check-in: 3pm to 8pm.
Checkout: 11am unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Less than 7 days cancellation in advance will result in forfeiture of deposit.
For repeat guests, a gift certificate for a future stay less a 10% processing fee may be issued.
For everyone's health and safety, no smoking is allowed, except on porch.
Some pets may be accepted with a surcharge or deposit. Please inquire at the time of reservation - see our Pets Welcome page.
All possible measures will be taken to accommodate young children, dietary restrictions or other special requests. $15 per night additional charge per child.
Please let us know at the time of your reservation if you have any special requests or requirements.
Most weekends require a two-night stay.
Some summer and holiday weekends may require a three-night stay.
Stays of two or more nights include a bottle of wine from a Traverse City area winery to give guests a "taste of the region".
