Our 100 year old four-square enjoys a country location just 5 minutes from Shanty Creek Resort's world-class golf courses, Torch Lake, Lake Bellaire, Alden and the Grass River Natural Area's hiking and biking trails. Traverse City and Charlevoix are only 1/2 an hour away; Mackinac Island, Charlevoix and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park are an hour or so away and offer great day trip adventures. Friends One Stay at a Time"! We are the only Inn in the area that welcomes well-traveled and well-behaved dogs; Grantz Room only, with a $15 per night surcharge each. We do have resident pets; Assistant Innkeeper Bella is a sweet & quiet 7 year old boxer who was a rescue 3 years ago. Lucy is our new 2 year old rescue and "Assistant Innkeeper In Training". They are not allowed in guest areas unless guests ask to meet them--which makes them very happy--- And when they're happy, they wiggle like crazy!!!! :) |
| Special Packages$75.00 Buck Fever Special Ahhh....November and December....the leaves have fallen, the snow has not, the hunters are in the woods...time for the rest of us to take advantage! The Cook hunts most of the season, and you save as a result! Stay through December 23 and pay just $75.00 per night in any room. Sleep in without missing breakfast...no schedule, no pressure, no heavy morning meal! A simple continental breakfast of yummy fresh baked muffin or bread, orange juice, coffee and tea will be available at your leisure between 7am and 10am. Total freedom to lounge without excuses... Discount automatically given for applicable reservations made online. This year, evening dessert is even included! |
