The York Harbor Inn is a 54 room Oceanfront Resort with five separate lodges for guests. Lodging accommodations range from simple but elegant Country Inn rooms to luxurious guest rooms with Jacuzzi spa tubs, fireplaces, ocean views, balconies and heated tile floors. All rooms offer in room TV, phones, data ports, clock radios and irons w/ironing boards. Wireless Internet Access - Available throughout the Inn.

In the Main Inn we have 22 Guest rooms including several luxury units with ocean view decks, fireplaces and/or Jacuzzi spa tubs. We also have smaller, double bed rooms nicely decorated and furnished to fit any budget. The Main Inn

The Yorkshire Building
The Yorkshire Building 		Just 20 feet from the Main Inn, in the Yorkshire Building (sometimes referred to as "The Carriage House") we have 11 guest rooms, 6 of which have at least a partial ocean view. This building also contains our "3 Room Suite" which is one of our largest guest rooms and perfect for bridal parties.
Adjacent to the Yorkshire Building is our luxurious Harbor Hill Inn with seven luxury guest rooms. All Harbor Hill rooms include a king bed, a gas stove fireplace, a spa tub (one does not, it has a handicap bath, no spa), heated tiled bathroom floors, Internet access via a data port and full or partial ocean view. Harbor Cliffs Bed & Breakfast
Harbor Cliffs Bed & Breakfast 		On the other side of the Main Inn is the Harbor Cliffs Bed & Breakfast. This building features elegant luxury rooms with a queen or king bed. Amenities range from standard to superior depending upon the room type. Many Harbor Cliffs rooms offer outstanding ocean views, fireplaces and/or Jacuzzi spas. Some rooms have private decks.
The 1730 Harbor Crest Inn is the newest addition to the York Harbor Inn's family of Inns. The 1730 Harbor Crest Inn is located on scenic Coastal Rte 1A, approximately one half-mile from the York Harbor Inn. This historic, stately colonial Inn has seven beautifully appointed luxury guest rooms all with private baths. The rooms have been carefully decorated to emphasize the special, historic nature of this building. Rooms feature various four-poster king size beds, fireplaces, wireless and direct internet connections and spacious bathrooms. Six of the seven rooms have two-person Jacuzzi spa tubs. The Inn also has private meeting rooms and is the perfect place for groups or families to "take over" the entire house for meetings, special occasions, or gatherings of any kind. Guest Information
  • Check-in: 2:30 PM and check-out: 11 AM.
  • The York Harbor Inn is a non-smoking facility.
  • No pets please.
  • Deposit and Cancellation Policies: A deposit is required to confirm reservations.
  • Deposit Requirements:
  • One night stays - prepayment in full
  • Two or more nights stays - 50% deposit is due
  • All deposits are fully refundable (less a $20 administrative fee) until 15 days prior to arrival.
  • For cancellations received 14 days or less prior to arrival, all deposits are non-refundable.
  • Visa/MasterCard/Amex/Diners Club are accepted. Credit card numbers given to confirm reservations will be processed the day the reservation is taken. Credit card imprints are required on arrival.
  • All packages are quoted per package per stay (based upon double occupancy).
  • 7% Maine state rooms and meals tax and service charges are NOT included in packages.
  • Innkeepers package not available Mon., Tues., & Wed. nights January to mid-May.
  • Sorry, no package substitutions.
  • Surcharges, minimum stays and/or package only options will be applicable on most weekends, holiday periods, and/or special events.
  • Two night minimum required on weekends in the Spring, Fall & Summer Seasons and 3-night minimum during most holiday weekends.
  • There is a $20 per person per night charge for 3rd and 4th persons in a room*. Maximum 4 persons per room.
  • Some smaller rooms can only accommodate 2 people.
  • Rollaways & cribs are available with advance notice for $20 per night.
  • All rates subject to change without notice.
