Wolf Neck Bed & Breakfast offers a very unique Maine coastal experience. We have only one spacious guest suite with Air Conditioning. Stay with us in the waterfront bedroom with your private waterfront balcony, both offering spectacular views. Wolf Neck B&B can be your private Maine coastal retreat. Wolf Neck Bed & Breakfast is on the coastal Harraseeket River with views of the South Freeport anchorage.

We offer a private, tranquil and peaceful tidal waterfront setting about 4 miles from the Freeport village, LL Bean and over 150 outlets, designer shops, boutiques, cafes and restaurants. Guests may relax in the glider on the waterfront gazebo, explore the coastline in a kayak or canoe or just enjoy the sunset with their favorite beverage from their private balcony overlooking the Harraseeket River.

Wolf Neck Bed & Breakfast offers a comfortable, spacious bedroom suite with coastal water views, queen-size bed, window seat with views down the harbor, private full bath and private balcony overlooking the water 100 feet away. The suite includes a cozy, comfortable sitting area with recliners, Cable TV, stereo, wireless internet connection and coffee or tea setup. The guest suite is located on the second floor.

A hearty full course breakfast is served at the guests' convenience in either the screened porch
or the fireside dining area at your private table; both areas offer expansive water views.

Rates and Policies
  • Nightly Rates: $150 for May/June/Sept/Oct /$175 for July/August including full breakfast
  • Rates vary according to season, weekday, weekend, & holiday.
  • 7% lodging tax additional.
  • Discount offered on stays longer than 2 nights.
  • Payment accepted in cash, personal check or travelers check.
  • A 50% deposit secures your reservation.
  • For cancellations with at least a 7 day notice, deposit will be refunded less $20 per night service charge.
  • No smoking in the house; smoking is allowed in a designated outside area.
  • No children under 12 or guest pets.
  • Check In Time: 3 - 7 PM; Check Out Time: 11 AM.
