Harbor Room

A charming and spacious room, conveniently located on the first floor of the inn, features a queen-size canopy bed, fireplace, private bath with antique clawfoot tub and shower. Limited ocean views from a tapestry windowseat.

The Victorian Suite - This lovely room features five windows facing the ocean, queen-size canopy bed, and a turreted sitting room with fireplace. Large private bath with antique clawfoot tub and shower.	$200	$250
Bay Room - As its name suggests, this room has a beautiful view of the ocean. The queen-size antique sleigh bed and fireplace add to the cozy feeling of this room. Private bath with shower.	$130	$180
Sunrise Room - Early morning sunlight and seasonal ocean views may be enjoyed from the queen-size white iron and brass bed or from the windowseat. Private bath with shower.	$130	$180
Season Room - This charming room features a queen-size scrolled white iron bed and fireplace. Views of the white birch woods behind the inn. Large private bath with antique clawfoot tub and shower.	$130	$180
Sawyer Suite - Named after the original owners, this room encompasses the entire third floor of the inn. Queen-size white iron bed, sitting room with fireplace, sliding glass door to balcony overlooking the ocean. Private bath with antique clawfoot tub, separate shower and antique library table converted into a double sink vanity.	$200	$250
Cottage Room - Though attached to the inn, this room has the feel of a separate "cottage" with a private entrance and porch, queen-size white iron bed, and fireplace. Private bath with clawfoot tub and shower.	$140	$190
The Harbor Room - A charming and spacious room, conveniently located on the first floor of the inn, features a queen-size canopy bed, fireplace, private bath with antique clawfoot tub and shower. Limited ocean views from a tapestry windowseat.	$140	$190
Fourteen day notice of cancellation required for refund. A fee of $25 per room booked is applied to all cancellations. No refunds for early departures. Rates include a full breakfast served in our Sunroom overlooking the ocean. First rate listed is "High season" (June 29 to October 21, 2007), second rate is our "Pre-season" (May 25 to June 28, 2007), third rate is our "Off season" (October 22, 2006 to May 24, 2007), excluding holiday weekends. Please add 7% Maine Lodging Tax to listed rates. Two-night minimum stay in season, except where a single night vacancy occurs. We welcome children 12 years and over. Sorry, we cannot accomodate pets.
