The Main Suite
The Main Suite
Built as a summer cottage in 1907, The Trellis House has been carefully restored and redecorated and offers a room with an alcove with special ocean views, as well as, a two room suite. The Carriage House offers spacious rooms with private baths, fireplaces, and private decks overlooking the gardens. For the romantically inclined, The Barbary Cottage offers privacy with a flavor all its own.

An eclectic blend of antiques and collectibles furnish all guest rooms and common areas. With its spacious wrap-around screened porch, The Trellis House offers both private corners, as well as, room to mingle with other guests.

A full breakfast consisting of juice, fresh fruit, homemade breads or muffins, coffee, tea, and the special entree of the day, is served each morning. In season, cool breezes await the guests on the porch after a day of sunning or shopping. The cooler months will entice you to share special moments in front of the living room fireplace.

The Marginal Way

Stroll the beautiful 1 1/4 mile walking path connecting the village center and Perkins cove. Savor the craggy shoreline meeting the crashing surf, explore the ever changing sea life found in teaming tidal pools, or enjoy a tranquil moment while viewing the scenic vistas from one of many benches dotting the path.

Perkins Cove

Best described as an excursion from a turn of the century fishing village steeped in the tradition and lore of the sea to a charming, intimate, and contemporary setting. Unique upscale boutiques and shops are nestled among renowned restaurants offering a variety of exquisite selections.
