Introduction

The Tipsy Butler Bed and Breakfast is a comfortable, relaxing place for you to come to "get away" from the fast pace of every day life. It's located in the mid-coast region of Maine and is surrounded by spectacular scenery. Wake up in the morning to the wonderful smell of fresh coffee and a great home-cooked breakfast. All meals come with a meat entree, juice, coffee or tea. If you have special needs, please let us know.

*The Maid's Room*	The Maid's Room is spacious second floor room with a witches corner, a king-size bed four-poster bed, satellite TV with HBO and XM Radio stations, A/C, a walk-through closet, and a private bath with a bidet.	$125/night	$155 - $175/night
*The Cook's Room*	The Cook's Room is also located on the 2nd floor. It's a spacious room with 2 cozy winged-back chairs, a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, satellite TV with HBO and XM Radio stations, A/C, a walk-in closet, and a private bath with a clawfoot tub and separate shower.	$105/night	$135 - 155/night
*The Groundskeeper's Room*	The Groundskeeper's Room is located on the 3rd floor by itself. It's a very large room with a very comfortable full-size sleeper-sofa, a queen-size bed, satellite TV with HBO and XM Radio stations, A/C, a walk-in closet, and a private bath with a bidet.	$90/night	$120 - $140/night
