Reservations
We ask a deposit of one half the total amount of your stay with the balance due upon arrival. For a one or two night stay, we require the full amount as deposit. Cash or check is the preferred method of payment for your stay; however, MasterCard or Visa may be used for reserving your room.
Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., with earlier or later check-ins by prior arrangement only. Check-out time is 10:30 a.m. For the safety and consideration of our guests, SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED in the Main House or in the Carriage House. Although we love pets, we are unable to accommodate them. Well behaved children over 14 years of age are welcome.
Cancellations
Once you have secured your reservation with a deposit, you are fully obligated for your entire stay. Deposit refunds are made with at least 14 days notice of cancellation before arrival date. If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, we will return your deposit if we are able to re-rent the room for the reserved period. We will make every effort to return your deposit. In any case, there is a $25 bookkeeping fee for each cancelled room.
If cancellation becomes necessary on your scheduled day of arrival no deposit will be refunded. Prior to processing any applicable refund, all cancellations received via telephone must be confirmed in writing by either e-mail, fax, or U.S. Mail.
