*Room Five*	Full-size bed, exposed wood beams, tiny deck out to the back gardens.	$115/$139 double, $89/$119 single
*Room Six*	Queen-size bed, private bath with shower, exposed wood beams.	$132/$153
*Room Seven*	Upstairs room, overlooks the back gardens and fields, high wood beamed ceiling, queen bed, private bath with shower, can also accommodate a 3rd person in the loft with twin bed.	$132/$153

Policies

Maine State Tax 7%.
Minimum stay of 2-nights on selected dates, and most Saturdays.
To make your visit more enjoyable, the uncomfortable burden of tipping is removed by adding 13% service charge to your bill. This covers all gratuities and is shared amongst all the hardworking staff, some of whom you may not meet.
A deposit equal to the daily rate or half of your total reservation is required to secure your room.
It should be received within 5 days to become fully guaranteed.
Personal checks are preferred, but we can accept Visa, & MasterCard.
All cancellations are subject to a $20 handling fee when charged on a credit card.
There is a 14 day cancellation policy.
If a room is cancelled within the 14 days then there will be a full charge of the amount of nights reserved unless the room can be re-sold.
Check in: 2.30pm. If you will be later than 6 pm we ask you to please let us know and to make special arrangements.
Check out: 11 am.
