Guest Rooms/Rates

We want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! We provide a comfortable, yet elegant, environment for our guests. All rooms have private bathrooms, down-filled duvets, ceiling fans, and luxurious linens and towels. Some rooms feature limited water views and gas log stoves. A full gourmet breakfast is included with your room.


Second Floor Rooms

Pumpkin Island Pumpkin Island
This charming room, decorated in tranquil shades of green and rose, features a queen size wooden sleigh bed and a beautiful rosewood sofa that invites each guest to sit back, relax, and enjoy a book or a glimpse of the harbor. The bathroom has a combination tub/shower.
High Season $165/Quiet Season $125

Winter Harbor
This lovely two room suite features a view of the village shining through the box bay window of the bedroom. French doors lead from the bedroom (with a queen size bed) to a sitting room with a gas log stove, comfortable sofa, and two antique rosewood chairs. The sofa in the sitting room converts to a (very comfortable) double bed, making this a great room for friends or families traveling together. The bathroom has a shower.
High Season $185/Quiet Season $145 (additional $25/night/person for 3 or 4 people in room)

Winter Harbor

Cape Elizabeth Cape Elizabeth
This very spacious and bright room features a king size wrought iron bed, a warming gas log stove, two teak sitting chairs for relaxing, and a lovely antique writing desk. The rooms also features a Chinese antique armoire and an antique Chinese bed chest. There is a limited view of the harbor out the windows, and a bathroom with a shower.
High Season $185/Quiet Season $145


Third Floor Rooms

Blue Hill Bay
Set off the street, this beautiful quiet, calm room done in peaceful blues and yellows features an antique queen size bed, a wicker sofa and chair for relaxing, and offers a limited view of the harbor. The spacious bathroom features a large claw foot bathtub (with shower combination).
High Season $165/Quiet Season $125
Blue Hill Bay

Pemaquid Point Pemaquid Point
This cheerful two room suite features a queen size bed and large chapel window seat in one room, and two twin beds with a gas log stove in the adjoining bedroom (perfect for families!). The bathroom has a shower.
High Season $165/Quiet Season $125 (additional $25/night/person for 3 or 4 people in room)

Egg Rock
This cozy, cheerful room features a double bed and a small sitting area with an upholstered bench seat. An antique writing desk overlooks a rustling elm, and offers a glimpse of the beautiful harbor. The bathroom has a shower.
High Season $135/Quiet Season $105
Egg Rock

Owls Head
This inviting room, decorated in hunter green with rose accents, features a queen size bed and a large chapel window seat. The bathroom has a shower.

Policies
  • High Season rates apply June 17, 2007 - October 7, 2007.
  • Quiet Season rates apply May 1, 2007 - June 16, 2007 and October 8, 2007 - October 28, 2007.
  • We are closed from early November - late April, but we do take reservations and respond to email and phone calls throughout the year.
  • Room rates are per room, per night, for one or two people, and include a full, hot breakfast and afternoon refreshments. Please add $25 per additional person per night.
  • A two night deposit is required on stays of 2 to 5 nights. A deposit equal to half the total amount is required for longer stays.
  • A minimum two night stay is required on holiday weekends.
  • Rates are subject to 5% Maine Sales Tax and 2% Maine Accommodations Tax.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash, and Personal Checks.
  • Cancellation Policy: Refunds are honored in full, less a $25 processing fee, if cancellations are made two weeks prior to the arrival date. Groups with three or more rooms must cancel four weeks prior to the arrival date to receive a refund. Deposits will also be refunded if the room can be rented. We do not refund for early departures.
  • We are a non-smoking inn.
  • We do not have any facilities for pets.
  • Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Please call ahead if you will be arriving late so we can make arrangements for you.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
