Shore Oaks has a spacious interior. The living room is a graciously and simply decorated gathering place with a weathered stone fireplace, comfortable upholstered Arts and Crafts oak furniture, wicker chairs, window seats, and large oceanfront windows. The dining rooms look out on Eggemoggin Reach just a few yards away. They can seat 20 - 35 people. It is a marvelous place for private parties. Rates during high season include an abundant breakfast buffet which is served in the Rusticator Restaurant. Your reservation can be made with our full Shore Oaks' breakfast and dinner plan (Modified American Plan-MAP) for an additional charge of $25/person/day (plus tax and service charge). It is an excellent value. |

| The ten bedrooms are tastefully and simply appointed with original Arts and Crafts period furnishings. The mattresses and linens are upscale and comfortable. Most rooms have individually controlled heat. On the porch, guests gather to relax in old-fashioned rocking chairs to soak up the spectacular view. |

The minimum reservation time on weekends is two days.
