| Seasonal & Year-round Cottages |

We have 15 family-sized cottages scattered along the shorefront or nestled amongst the trees. Cottages have from two to five bedrooms and come with simple, rustic, yet sophisticated comforts. They have spacious living rooms and most have real wood-burning fireplaces. Firewood is delivered daily during High Season (Mid-June through early September). There are a variety of kitchens or kitchenettes, all with utensils. Roll away beds and cribs will fit into most. Many have hide-a-bed sofas and supplemental heat. Cottages are available MAP (including breakfast and dinner) during High Season. You have all the fun, we do all the work. Most are available "housekeeping style" on a weekly basis during the spring and fall. Lone Pine and Boathouse Cottages are available throughout the winter on a "housekeeping style" basis. Check for specials posted on our web site as they appear frequently. |

Birches (Bed to sleep 2) |
Knotty pine paneling, eat-in living room with granite fireplace and hide-a-bed couch. There is a bathroom with tub and shower, a king bedroom. Kitchen with small electric oven and microwave oven. |

Ledges (Bed to sleep 2) |
King bedroom and bathroom with tub and shower. Eat-in living room with stone fireplace and hide-a-bed couch. Kitchenette with microwave. Wooded view with glimpses of the sparkling ocean below. |

Homestead East (Bed to sleep 2) |
On a bluff overlooking Penobscot Bay. Duplex with single door connecting to Homestead West but usually used separately. Knotty pine paneling, twin bedroom, eat-in living room with hide-a-bed couch and fireplace, bathroom with tub and shower. Kitchenette with microwave. |

Homestead West (Bed to sleep 2) |
Similar to Homestead East, but with a queen bedroom, and same magnificent view. Kitchenette with microwave oven. |

Flagstaff (beds to sleep 4) |
Full width covered front porch. Granite fireplace in the living room with hide-a-bed couch, queen bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with tub and shower, campy eat-in kitchen area. |

Grindstone (beds to sleep 4) |
High ceiling, open log rafters, stone fireplace in the eat-in living room with single-size hide-a-bed love seat. Two bedrooms (a queen, a twin). Bathroom with tub and shower. Full kitchen. |

Boathouse - Year Round (beds to sleep 5) |
The eat-in living room has stone fireplace, wide oceanfront window wall, hide-a-bed sofa. Twin bedroom and queen + single bedroom both adjoin bathroom with tub and shower. Entry hall and small full kitchen and microwave. Outdoor deck and chairs with stairway down to the sea. |

Acorn, 1st Floor (beds to sleep 5) |
Three bedrooms (a twin, a single, and a double), bathroom with claw-footed tub, and living room with large fireplace. Covered porch with view. No kitchenette, small refrigerator. |

Acorn, 2nd and 3rd Floors (beds to sleep 7) |
Four very campy bedrooms (a queen, two twins and a double), a stairway to the 3rd floor lounging room and big bathroom with claw-footed tub. No kitchenette, small refrigerator. |

Hideaway (beds to sleep 8) |
A two-story house with large living, large windows, abundant comfortable seating, fireplace, dining table, master queen bedroom with bathroom and shower, and kitchenette with cook top and microwave are on the first floor. The second floor has three large bedrooms (two twins and a queen) and a bathroom with tub and shower. |

During Pre-Season and Post-Season cottages are generally rented per cottage per week without meals, daily housekeeping or firewood delivery. Recreational facilities are less available then too. Extra guests requiring hide-a-beds and additional roll-away beds are charged $70 per week during pre- and post-season. During High Season cottages are rented per person per week. Rates are based upon the adult rate for any rate period multiplied (x) by the minimum occupancy number for that cottage. Additional adults are charged the adult rate until all available beds are taken. Children have reduced rates. Extra guests accommodated by hide-a-beds are charged $54 per day during high season. Roll-away beds can be brought to most cottages and are also charged at $54 per day during high season.
