Introduction

The Seaside Inn and Cottages are located on a 20-acre oceanfront peninsula at the head of the Kennebunk River directly on Kennebunk Beach. The Seaside offers year-round accommodations with our own private, sandy beach directly on the ocean. We offer two types of accommodations: The Inn and Seaside Cottages. Owned and operated by the same family for 12 generations (since 1667). Seaside Inn and Cottages - Kennebunk Beach, Maine

All guests enjoy our private beach, lighted shuffleboard, manicured croquet court, playground and children's sandbox facilities, all just one mile from Kennebunkport's Dock Square.

Seaside Inn

All of the 22 spacious rooms in the Inn have two queen-size beds, private deck or patio, air-conditioning, cable TV, mini-refrigerator, full bath with a shower-tub combination, and a phone. The Inn includes a continental breakfast in the 1850 Boathouse room and is open year round.

 Seaside Cottages

We have ten spacious Seaside Cottages ranging from one to four bedrooms. Each fully-equipped seaside cottage offers an ocean view, a harbor view, or both. Cottages are available for weekly and monthly rentals. Our heated cottages all have a living room with cable TV and full kitchen facilities. Most have decks. The Cottages are open seasonally (approximately May 1 thru October 31).

Rates and Policies
  • Inn Room rates range from $105 to $249 per night.
  • Cottage Rates range from $919 to $2,100 per week (monthly pricing available).
  • Daily rates are based on two persons. $15 extra per night for 3rd person in room.
  • Check in: 3 P.M.; Check out: 11 A.M.
  • 7% Maine State sales tax is not included
  • First Night or 30% (whichever is greater) is due when reservation is made.
  • Balance is due upon arrival.
  • Should you need to cancel, your deposit will be refunded, less a $15 cancellation fee, if, and only if, your room is re-rented.
  • All rates subject to change without notice.
