Guest Rooms/Rates

O'Brien Room The O'Brien Room features a double antique four poster bed with antique dressers and seating throughout the room. A hardwood floor is the base for this room with warm lighting and colors to relax by. Settle in for sweet dreams in this cozy room with a down comforter and luxurious cotton bedding. The bathroom for the O'Brien room has a whirlpool bathtub/shower, a pedestal sink and plenty of room to move around. Enjoy views of the town of Machias and the "Bad Little Falls". Bring your laptop to stay connected with free wireless internet service. The sunrise and sunset views from this room are amazing.
The Burnham Room features a queen sized antique bed. Antique dressers and furnishings fill the wainscoted room. A light Berber carpet is the base with antique white walls. It features a satellite television with a deep soft loveseat to relax on. The Burnham Room has a beautiful view of the Town of Machias and the sunrise and sunset along the Machias River. We also have a Guest House. This Guest House is a second-story entry. Just built this summer, the Guest House can accomadate a family or larger group. Complete with a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms(one queen - one two twin) and full bath, this is the place for your extended stay. Available by the week or by the night, you will not be disappointed as you relax in this comfortable setting.

The price for the Guest House is $900 per week or $250 per night.
Based on double occupancy - $25 per person after that.
This price does not include breakfast.

Room Rates and Policies
  • Room rates during peak season, which is May through October, are $110 per room. Subtract $15 per room during off season.
  • Room rates are double occupancy. Each additional person will be charged a $25 fee per night.

Deposit Policy

  • Reservations require a Visa/MC deposit equal to one night's lodging.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • A 7 day notice of cancellation is required or the full fee will be charged for rooms not rebooked.
