On the front side of the house, the Chart Room offers a queen size oak bed, gas fireplace, and private bath. This quiet hideaway is located at the end of a secluded private hallway with views of historic West Street. Rate: $155 - $255.

Policies...
- Check-in: 2:00 to 6:00 pm. Prior arrangements may be made for guests arriving later. Check-out: 11:00 am.
- Two-night minimum stay required, unless a single night vacancy is available.
- The greater of two-night deposit or 50% of total reservation fee required to reserve room.
- Reservations confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Balance of reservation due upon arrival.
- All rates assume double occupancy (our rooms cannot accommodate more than two people).
- Rates subject to 7% Maine state lodging tax.
- As we are a small inn, cancellations affect us greatly. If you find it necessary to cancel or change your reservation, please call 30 days prior to scheduled arrival for refund, less $40 service charge per room. Shortening your stay is considered a cancellation. For cancellations within 30 days, the guest is responsible for the full value of reservation, unless the room is re-rented.
