What perhaps will make your stay most unique at the Riverside Inn is your dining experience. Rocky and I both trained at the Albuquerque Technical Vocational Institute, bringing our individual style and creativity to your table. Were proud to offer our quests a unique culinary experience we hope will surprise and delight. Just to list a few:
Red Tuna Wontons - Sushi grade tuna lightly seared. Presented on a bed of fried won tons, sautéed spinach, red onion and fresh scallions-topped with a spicy wasabi mayo.
Hake Cakes - Delicate Hake fish, folded gently, with red pepper and scallions to form three petite patties. Quick fired to a crispy crunch!
Or how about one of our MAINE COURSE SALADS:
Crisp and delicate mixed greens adorned with your favorite accompaniments of warm red potatoes, fresh green beans, hard-boiled egg, black olives and ripe tomatoes to accent your choice of:

Lobster and Scallops in Champagne Sauce
Almond Crusted Fillet with Rojo Sauce
Chicken Milan - Thinly sliced chicken breast rolled with spinach, shallots and feta cheese. Lightly breaded and baked till golden brown. Topped with your choice of sauce: Avocado Tomatilla, Tangerine and Mango sauce or Orange and Leek.
Riverside Wellington - Choice cut of sirloin tip, seared, and then wrapped in delicate puff pastry. Baked in the oven to your specification. Finished with a light shitake, Portobello sauce and served over Rocky’s potatoes or stuffed squash. Accompanied with choice of steamed vegetable.

Dining arrangements should be noted when reserving the room, as should any dietary restrictions.
Our dining rooms overlook the river, and allow guests to view eagles, harbor seals, and other wildlife during daylight. We are open for Dining Tuesday thru Sunday, June thru October & Thursday thru Sunday, Nov. thru Dec. 31st. And starting Feb 14th thru May, Thursday thru Sunday. We are a fully licensed
restaurant with forty wines, beers and spirits.(No need to bring your own).
