The Beach Room
The Beach Room 		This sweet room is similar to the small cottages found all over the neighborhood of South Rockland (SoRo). The only guest room on the first floor. Private bath of course, with tiled shower and a unique antique wash stand. A queen size bed welcomes the weary beachcombers. $150 $180
The Poet's and Painter's Room
The Poet's and Painter's Room 		A cozy queen bed and a private bath. Bay window with a pair of comfy slipper chairs. $150 $180
The Garden Room
The Garden Room 		European king bed (converts to 2 twin beds) is in this room, as well as comfy wicker garden chairs to curl up in. Private bath with shower and tub. $165 $180

Soak in the full size tub (private bath); A queen size platform bed completes the simplicity of this room.		 $165 $180
Friends & Family Suite ...
Bring the kids or grandma, and enjoy all the amenities that these two combined areas provide. A queen size bed and a daybed (which opens to 2 twins or a king) completes the simplicity of this room. Private bath. It has it’s own entrance and a separate side porch Discuss (in advance) bringing along your favorite (well-behaved) dog. Babysitting (for a child) is available if advance notice is given. 		$200 $225

  • Reservations canceled greater than fourteen days prior to arrival will be subject to a 10% administrative fee.
  • If you cancel within fourteen days of your arrival, you will be responsible for the full amount due.
  • All rates are double occupancy and include full breakfast
  • Check-in time: 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm
  • Check-out time is 11:00 am.
  • Add 7% Maine Lodging Tax to all rates
  • Methods of Payment: We honor Mastercard, Visa, traveler's checks, or cash.
