Room 3 - This cozy 1st floor room has a full size bed and bathroom with shower. Special note: This room is directly over the kitchen, and noise can be heard during the late afternoon and evening. This room has been discounted accordingly.
Room 8 - Located on the second floor, this smaller room has a full size bed, separate stair case, and bathroom with tub/shower.
Room 12 - Located on the third floor, this is the smallest but coziest room. A full size bed is tucked underneath a sloped ceiling with a skylight and the bathroom is partially exposed.
A deposit of the greater of one night's stay or 50% of total required to guarantee reservation. Deposits can be made via check, MasterCard, Visa or American Express. A credit card number is required of all reservations.
If you must cancel, your deposit is refundable up to 14 days prior. For cancellations made less than 14 days before your arrival, your deposit will be refunded if we are able to rebook room. If unable to rebook, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your stay.
All cancellations subject to $25 administrative fee per room. We recommend trip insurance.
