Portland, Maine Bed and Breakfast: All guest quarters enjoy common comforts with each accommodation including queen beds, phones and fax machines, CD players, TVs and VCRs, wet bars and refrigerators stocked with complimentary soft drinks, air conditioning, and private baths. The Percy Inn is a non-smoking inn. For your comfort, each room has its own temperature controls. Though air conditioning is seldom needed, save a few days each year, all our rooms have cooling systems. Ceiling fans and our eight foot windows provide ample circulation in summer.

Immersed within the historic district, shrouded by art galleries, performance venues, and the Portland Museum of Art, the Percy Inn offers a collection of distinctive rooms, junior and full suites, studios, and historic satellite suites. Amenity-rich accommodations blend the past with the present and provide all guests with buffet breakfasts and complimentary parking. Featured on NBC.s TODAY SHOW, and seen in the NY Times, Boston Globe, Chicago Tribune, Travel & Leisure, Budget Travel Magazine, Passport, National Geographic Traveler, Vogue, Frommers, and more. Yankee Magazine chose the inn as 'Best Bed & Breakfast in New England' .

Accommodations/Rates
All guest rooms, suites, and studios offer the same amenities including TV/VCR/DVD, CD players, phone and fax, complimentary WiFi, wet bars and refrigerators stocked with complimentary soft drinks, climate control, in-season A/C, weather radios, umbrellas, sturdy glass jar candles, hair dryers, and private baths. Individual guest rooms may feature dual two-person showers, sitting areas, city or mountain views, sofabeds, adjoining study, private deck, or private entrance.

Public Space
All guests share a parlor outfitted with a grand player piano and 600 title movie library. The third floor Poet's Corner features 24 hour coffee and tea, an ice machine, a selection of board games, candles for sale, and a collection of books on Maine. The second floor breakfast room is open 24 hours for snacking. In good weather guests enjoy the bricked side courtyard and garden and the 560 square foot sundeck. Parking is in a paved side lot with ample lighting for late night arrivals or returns. For adventurous guests, we have a garage for storing bicycles, kayaks, or canoes during your stay. Access to a nearby health club is available to guests.
Breakfast
Complimentary breakfast is served in our second floor breakfast room 8-10am. Our Continental Buffet traditionally consists of boiled eggs, a selection of hot and cold cereals, 6-8 kinds of fresh cut fruit, a bread and bagel station. scones and muffins, signature bumbleberry pie, yogurt, juice bar, and hot and cold breakfast drinks.
