• Old Saco Suite: Extra large room, great views, two queen beds, private entrance, Sofa, Jacuzzi Bath with shower, TV/VCR, Phone. AC in room. Maple Lodge room and/or the Blue Lodge Room can be added so to make an extra large family suite.
• Maple Lodge Room: Quaint 2nd room with 1 queen to make it a family suite.

• Check in time 3 - 6:30pm.
• Breakfast served at 7:30 - 9:00am.
• Check out time 11 am.
• Deposit of 2 nights stay required.
• Check, Visa or MasterCard accepted.
• We will do our very best to accommodate you.(late check in, special diet, handicap assistance, ect.).
• Cancellation notice of two weeks required. The full amount of stay will be charged if we can not rent the room. A $25 administration fee will be applied. Partial credit for future stay available. Cancellation by phone only.
• Room rates per night based on double occupancy. Additional charge for extra persons (under 12: $15; 12 and older: $24).
• We can accommodate well behaved children 5 and older only.
• Holiday weeks and special events do not apply to specials.
• Winter weekend dinners (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) for our guests only. Call for menu or reservations.
• All rates are subject to 7% state rooms tax.
