The Newcastle Inn

• Rates:
  • May 23 - October 31: $155 to $295
  • November 1 - May 22: $125 to $225
• Winter rates not in effect during Holiday Weekends and special Winter festivities.
• Rates are double or single occupancy and do not include 7% Maine State tax.
• Deposit of half of the room nights required at time of booking by credit card.
• When given at least fourteen days cancellation notice, deposit refunded less $20 per room processing fee.
• With less than fourteen days cancellation notice, deposit is non-refundable, however it may be used toward another visit within six months, provided we are able to completely re-book the cancelled reservation.
• $20 processing fee charged for any changes in reservations processed after 24 hours from the reservation date.
• Check-in: 3:00 - 9:00 pm, Check-out: 11:00 am.
• Payment by cash, check, MasterCard, VISA, or American Express.
• There is no smoking allowed in the Inn or on our grounds. A $250 cleaning charge will be added to your bill if you smoke in your room.
• Our facilities are inappropriate for small children or pets.
• Maximum number of people in any room is two.
• The Inn is fully licensed, and is suitable for small conferences and functions.
