Two beds (one double plus one twin) with three windows on first floor. Room has TV/VCR, individual climate control, A/C. Attached large bathroom has large roll-in shower with fold-down seat and hand-held shower head, high toilet with grab bars, etc. Large closet in bathroom. Entire first floor of the inn, including common areas, dining, pub, living room, and conference spaces is on same level without threshholds.
