| Each room or suite offers firm beds with fine linens, private baths, fluffy towels, specialty soaps and amenities, TV/VCR or flat panel TV/DVD, free wireless Internet access to guests traveling with their laptops, hair dryers, wine openers, wine glasses and daily housekeeping service with incredible attention to detail. All are air conditioned in the summer. We serve a gourmet breakfast beginning with a fresh fruit starter followed by a hot entrée, ranging from Maine blueberry pancakes or strawberry-goat cheese bruschetta to herbed mashed potatoes with oven-coddled eggs or crustless spinach quiche. Juices, gourmet coffees and teas always accompany the meal. Breakfast is served in the dining room, or, weather permitting, on the wraparound porch. Guests staying in most cottage suites have the option of having breakfast delivered to their private breakfast room in a wicker basket!
