• Deposits made by credit card (Visa/MC), will be processed at time of reservation. All balances due upon arrival.
  Check-in time is between 2:30 - 9:00 P.M. unless previously arranged.
  
• CHANGES: If you must cancel or shorten the length of your reservation, you will receive a refund, minus a $35 processing fee, only if we are notified at least 14 days in advance of your scheduled arrival.
  
• FOR THE COMFORT OF OTHERS, smoking is permitted only on the outside verandas.
