Wells, Maine (ME) bed and breakfast: The Holiday Guest House, built in 1814, is the oldest B&B in Maine, and has a long and distinguished history of offering travelers exceptional accommodations, privacy and convenience to all of southern Maine's attractions. The Roosevelt Room...
Eleanor Roosevelt's customary room when staying at the Holiday Guest House. Located on the first floor with a Queen size bed and private bath.		 $170 $125 $110
The Littlefield Room...
A grand and comfortable room located on the second floor with a king size bed and private bath.		 $180 $135 $115
The Mariner Room...
A light and airy ocean-themed room located on the second floor with a Queen size bed, daybed, in-room sink and private bath.		 $155 $120 $110
The West Room...
A large, warm and inviting room located on the second floor with a Queen size bed, gas fireplace and large private bath.		 $175 $145 $120
Policies
  • All rooms are based on double occupancy. There will be a $50 charge for an additional person.
  • Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival date will be guaranteed with a $25 cancellation fee.
  • A minimum stay of 2 nights applies to holiday weekends and peak season dates.
  • Check-in time is between 2pm and 5pm. Special arrangements must be made for late arriving guests.
  • Check out time is no later than 11am.
  • A 50% deposit required for all reservations.
  • Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Traveler’s Checks are gladly accepted.
  • Prices do not include 7% ME Room Tax.
  • For your comfort and safety, there is no smoking allowed anywhere on the premises.
  • Each room includes a single parking space.
  • Sorry, no pets allowed.
  • The pool is open from 8am to 8pm.
  • Beach and pool towels are available for guests.
  • A full breakfast is served daily from 8:30am to 10:00am.
  • The Inn is suitable for children 14 and over.
  • The Innkeepers have a small dog "Snickers" on the premises.
