In the center of Bethel, Austin's Holidae House offers comfort, convenience and value. This elegant, warm and inviting Inn has welcomed over four generations of satisfied guests. Enjoy the warm atmosphere of western Maine, the charm of this historic country village, and the comfort and hospitality of Austin's Holidae House B & B.

A generous full country breakfast, with fresh local eggs, Starbucks coffee, Maine Maple syrup and a variety of morning offerings awaits you each morning at your private table in our dining room. Afternoon beverages and snacks are also included.

Our Inn's location allows our guests to walk to many activities and places of interest all year round. Complimentary bicycles and helmets are available for our guests to use to explore the area or get some exercise.

Special Rates are given to NTL participants and Gould Academy visitors and for stays of 5 or more days!

The seven designer decorated guest rooms all offer private baths, a queen-size bed, reading chairs, remote cable-television, air conditioning, WIFI, and special amenities. Each room is decorated in a different period style and color theme. Three of the rooms are slightly larger and include tubs and accommodate cots for an extra person.

    • Weekends and Holiday Periods $115
  • Rooms 2 and 6: Queen beds with full private baths
    • Weekdays $115
    • Weekends and Holiday Periods $128
  • Room 5: Queen bed and twin bed with full private bath-Jacuzzi tub
    • Weekdays $115
    • Weekends and Holiday Periods $128
  • Third person, $20 per night extra
  • NTL participants rate is $95 per room for four or more days.
  • Gould Academy guests 20% off posted rates.
  • Book the entire Inn and receive a special rate.
  • Discounted rates for stays of 3 or more days.
  • Reservations recommended.
  • Check-In: 2 PM; Check-Out: 11 AM
  • All rates quoted are per room, based on double occupancy.
  • Advance deposit required, or credit card guarantee. Balance on departure.
  • Refunds will be made if reservation is cancelled fourteen days prior.
  • Cancellations inside 14 days 50% refund; inside 48 hours full charge unless room is re-let for the same period. $20 processing fee for all cancellations.
  • Please, no smoking on premises and no pets.
  • Visa, MasterCard, cash, check or Travelers' Checks.
