Introduction

Austin's Holidae House a Victorian-era Bed & Breakfast Inn in the heart of Bethel Village in Maine's western mountains, offers comfort, convenience and value. The seven guest rooms, decorated by Tom McGinniss of Portland Maine. All have private baths, reading chairs, cable TV, air conditioning, WIFI. Each room is decorated in a different period style and color theme. Three of the rooms are slightly larger with showers and tubs. Rates include our full, made-to-order breakfast. Tea is available all day long. All our breakfast baked goods are made by Marcia, as well as homemade jams, local organic maple syrup, free-range eggs, Starbucks coffee and local seasonal fruits. Room 6 		This elegant warm and inviting Inn has welcomed over four generations of satisfied guests. Come and enjoy the warm atmosphere of western Maine, the charm of this historic country village, and the comfort and hospitality of Austin's Holidae House B & B. We are located within walking distance to many local activities and places of interest all year round. Bicycles and helmets are available for our guests to use to explore the area or get some exercise. Laurence, originally from Kent, England has a working knowledge of German. You can enjoy the shops, dine at a variety of restaurants, see a first run movie... or simply rest and read to your heart's content. Guests can relax on the front porch or patio, in the living room or in their well-appointed rooms.

We will be pleased to arrange appointments with local experienced and certified practitioners for massage, aqua chi, reflexology, manicures, pedicures and facials. Please give us a minimum of one week's notice, if possible.

Rates and Policies
  • Rooms 1, 3, 4 and 7: Queen beds with private baths (showers)
    • Weekdays: $115
    • Weekends and Holiday Periods: $125
  • Rooms 2 and 6: Queen beds with full private baths (tub & shower)
    • Weekdays: $125
    • Weekends and Holiday Periods: $135
  • Room 5: Queen bed and twin bed with full private bath (tub & shower)
    • Weekdays: $125
    • Weekends and Holiday Periods: $135
    • Third person, $20 per night extra
  • Reservations suggested. Please call (877) 224-3400
  • Check-In: 2 PM; Check-Out: 11 AM
  • Credit card guarantee necessary.
  • $20 fee and no further charge if cancelled at least 14 days prior to the reservation.
  • 50% charge will be made if cancelled inside 14 dayss, unless room can be re-let. $20 cancellatin fee will apply.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours will be fully charged unless room can be re-let. $20 cancellation fee will apply.
