Harbour Towne Inn On The Waterfront

An Historic Victorian Inn specializing in Old-Fashioned Downeast Hospitality. Located in Boothbay Harbor, Maine, The Boating Capital of New England, the inn is a handsomely refurbished oceanfront Victorian Town and Carriage House with harbor views, outside decks and the charm & ambience of yesterday.

Upon arriving at our newly refurbished in-town Victorian waterfront property you will immediately be transported back to a time when romance and gracious living were a way of life. The colorful gardens and quiet, tree-shaded location slopes right to the edge of the beautiful New England harbor. Choose an Inn room with an outside deck or common deck access for scenic views of the charming village or picturesque waterfront. Limited disability units are available on a reservation basis with companion suggested.

Historic Boothbay Harbor is a-buzz with many activities and special events throughout the year. A scenic two to five minute waterfront walk or a picturesque peninsula drive will take you to boutiques and shops, art galleries, restaurants, golf, tennis, health center, boat trips, fishing, scenic drives, cycling, or walks and other seasonal sports.

• Rates quoted are for single or double occupancy per bed/room basis and Exclude Holiday & Special Events Or Weekend Rates. For each additional person in a room, add $30 (Penthouse $50 off season/$75 peak) per day. Cribs or folding beds $25 per day in addition to above.
• Higher rates may apply on weekends (Friday through Sunday), holidays and special events; please inquire.
• A minimum deposit of one day's charges per room is required on all 1 to 3 day stays, with a minimum deposit of 33% of total charges for longer stays. Deposits must include state tax. Deposits apply to last day(s) of stay.
• Cancellations: 14 days (28 days Penthouse) advance notice excluding scheduled arrival date at the Inn is required for return of any deposit on cancellations. There will be a $25 ($50 - $75 Penthouse) cancel charge for each room/unit.
• Specific rooms cannot be guaranteed on reservations for less than 2 days.
• One automobile space is allowed per room/unit.
• Guests must be responsible for all children, visitors and/or friends while on the property, including dock and float facility.
• All Deposits Apply to Last Day(s) of Stay or Reservation.
• 100% deposit for 1-day rental or 33% deposit for two or more days, one month in advance for month or season.
• Your canceled check or credit card charge with reservation agreement is your receipt.
• Off Season: If you are interested in spending time with us during the early spring or late fall - very pleasant, quiet times of year in this coastal village we offer a number of special packages.
