Room #1: Captain’s Room
Peak: $120 - $135; Off Peak: $90
This easily accessible front room on the first floor has a king bed and is decorated in Laura Ashley fabrics of royal blue and regal gold. A nautical atmosphere with antique stenciling and colonial furnishings offers a special touch. The side porch offers views of the village and a glimpse of the inner bay.

Room #2: Skipper’s Room
Peak: $120 - $135; Off Peak: $90
This middle location room on the first floor offers two cozy double beds with beautiful Laura Ashely blue & white "Nautical Strip" fabrics, antique stenciling and colonial furnishings, plus a glimpse of the inner bay from the side window and porch.

Room #3: Country Roses
Peak: $120 - $135; Off Peak: $90
One of our favorites, and a popular choice by our guests. Surrounded by Laura Ashley "Rose" decor with romantic country charm. This room has two double beds and is located on the second floor at the front of the inn. It offers lovely village views from the front private deck and it also has a glimpse of the inner bay from the side deck.

Room #4: Cottage Sprig
Peak: $120 - $135 Off Peak: $90
This romantic room with middle location on the second floor has a king bed and is decorated in Laura Ashley rose fabric and tiny flower sprigs of green & pink. A perfect retreat for a romantic getaway.

 Room #5: Summer Palace
Peak: $110 - $125; Off Peak: $80
Enter the front door of the inn and climb the lamp-lit stairway to find "Summer Palace." A cozy, floral Laura Ashley styled room with a queen bed and antiques awaits you amid typical New England atmosphere. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the original front porch from the 1920's.

Suite #9: Rose Garden Suite
Peak: $140 - $155; Off Peak: $80 - $105
A romantic rose garden atmosphere located on the second floor with a queen bed, love seat, cozy electric fireplace, and refrigerator. Enjoy your fresh brewed coffee or tea en-suite in your Laura Ashley bathrobe. The shady deck with mahogany furniture offers inner harbor views.

Suite #10: Morning Glory Suite
Peak: $150 - $165; Off Peak: $90 - $110
Next to end location on the second floor with a partial view of the inner harbor from the room & mahogany deck chairs, this beautiful floral decor awaits you with a queen bed, love seat, refrigerator, romantic electric fireplace, and coffee & tea en-suite.

Suite #11: Honeymoon Suite
Peak: $170 - $185; Off Peak: $100 - $120
Our most requested room, commanding the harborside end location with a full harbor view from the both the room and the deck with large mahogany chairs. Laura Ashley "fuchsia" in cool shades of blue and green dress two picture windows which face the inner harbor. This suite offers a queen bed, love seat, refrigerator, romantic electric fireplace, and coffee & tea en-suite.
Suite #12: Blueberry Bay Suite
Peak: $170 - $185; Off Peak: $100 - $120
Our largest harborside suite located on the first floor offers full harbor views from both the room and it's own private deck. It features two separate rooms with one queen bed in a room where the door shuts for privacy, and one double bed in the common area of the suite with love seat, cozy electric fireplace, refrigerator, and fresh coffee & tea en-suite.

Rates are for double occupancy, for each additional person add $25.
 Check-in: 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
No Smoking or Pets
50% deposit required.
Full payment is due upon arrival. No refund is given for early departure.
Cancellations must be provided 14 days prior to arrival for a refund.
All cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival result in full loss of deposit
