Introduction

Greenville Inn - Greenville, Maine Step inside the Greenville Inn and return to another era in an elegantly restored lumber baron’s mansion built in 1895. Ship's carpenters worked ten years to complete the carved embellishments and the cherry, mahogany and oak paneling found throughout the Inn. Fireplaces are ornamented with carved mantels, mosaic and English tiles. Embossed Lincrusta and gas lights adorn the walls.

The Greenville Inn features a selection of suites, rooms, and guest cottages. All rooms and cottages have private baths and come equipped with a personal hair dryer, ironing board and iron, and a selection of personal toiletries made from the purest of ingredients. The King Rooms and Master Suite have complimentary fluffy terrycloth robes. In winter and fall enjoy the warmth of our down comforters.

Our verandah is the length of the Inn and affords a spectacular view of the mountains, lake and village below. Many guests enjoy cocktails before dinner or dessert and coffee after their meal on our comfortable wicker chairs and settees. Enjoy your complimentary breakfast buffet with homemade pastries, fresh fruits, juices, cereals, yogurt, and hot daily specials, while gazing upon a remarkable view.
